Emmaus Baptist Church may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by Emmaus Baptist Church including, but not limited to: social media, brochures, invitations, videos, magazines, television, websites, etc. By participating in an Emmaus Baptist Church event you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify Emmaus Baptist Church from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.
